無線鍵盤是鍵盤盤體與電腦間沒有直接的物理連線，通過紅外線或無線電波將輸入信息傳送給特制接收器的一種藍牙設備。無線鍵盤想要出口日本就得辦理TELEC認證。

      日本國內的BT與WIFI等無線產品，依據其電波法的要求有其對應的強制性認證如MIC-Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications 認證(也有時叫TELEC認證，很多都是找這家機構申請，但是必須澄清這個TELEC是測試機構，能注冊發證的MIC授權的官方機構)，同中國地區目前強制執行的SRRC無線產品的型號核準。無線產品進入日本市場需要進行日本電波法Japan Radio Law的型號核準(主要針對RF部分)。具體的測試規范則是遵循MIC(日本總務省)Notice No.88法規，測試規范的更新維護也是由MIC(日本主管信息通信產業的總務省)來進行。

      無線通信設備TELEC認證需要提交的資料

      (1)技術型號規格表(Technical Type Specification Form)

      (2)質量申明管理系統(Declaration of Quality Management System)

      (3)質量證書的控制批準方法或者ISO9001證書(Letter of Quality Control Confirmation MethodorManufacturer’s ISO 9001 Certificate)

      (4)結構保護批準證書(Letter of Construction Protection Confirmation)

      (5)宣稱的額定功率(Rated Power Declaration)

      (6)天線報告(Antenna Report)

      (7)測試報告(Test Reports (including Test Results, Test Setup Photosand Examinations carried out))
